I took both of my dachshunds to JR Pet Services Waggin’ Train in Galax for a spa day. They were great! Very reasonable price! They made sure to note exactly what I wanted done and they provided. Will definitely take my fur babies back🐾
We recently started a rescue shelter initiative in the area. Jen and her team have been phenomenal with our first 2 rescues, Amber and Edgar. In fact, Amber is currently recovering from her spay surgery at home with us and the Waggin' Train has boarded Edgar during this time. We love this new alliance - Jen sets you up for success! 💖✨🐾💖
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! We boarded our pup here while visiting the area. He is extremely energetic and can be a handful. They were absolutely amazing. We felt comfortable and welcomed from our very first interaction with the staff. Their frequent updates, and willingness to let us check in on him as often as we wanted, was extremely comforting. It was obvious he was well cared for like one of their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks so much!
