Great car wash experience. The line wasn't super long and they did a good job. The interior waiting area was really nice. Definitely in the top if not the top of the flagship car washes in the area.

I like the car wash. They do a great job but in a nice day this place is super busy. Be prepared. I removed one star because this last go round after the interior cleaning they threw away my wife’s air freshener and it wasn’t one of those cheap ones that you hanging a mirror. I’ll chalk it up to a mistake, but it was not a good impression. Every other visit was good without issue.

The associate that checked me in for the carwash was really friendly and efficient. I was disappointed with the vacuuming of the backseat and mats. I told the associate and she got defensive and told me that I needed to pay for the higher cost wash for dog hair vacuuming. I have been super happy in the past using the $36 package and with the results of the vacuuming. The issue was the corners of the mats where it looks like the vacuum pushed the hair and the center if the backseat. She did reluctantly offered to send it back through if I insisted that I was unsatisfied. I was and whe did.My expectation.
