Steven provided superb service. He was responsive and timely and was able to accurately triage the issues and offer fair pricing. The cartridge and faucet for our bathtub needed to be replaced. He also completed an inspection of the plumbing in our home and fixed a separate issue with our dishwasher and was very thorough, explained everything before initiating the work, and proposed reasonable solutions and fair pricing. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell. He was very respectful of our home. I would absolutely work with him again. I highly recommend.

Steven arrived within 30 minutes after hours on a Friday night. He quickly traced the leak and replaced a faulty shut-off valve. Included a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Very happy with the service and will use again.
