I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 yrs. Lisa listens and understands what I want and delivers. I’m always afraid of severe hair damage and she makes sure my hair is as hydrated as possible after a color/tone and provides recommendations to keep my hair healthy. I also enjoy the head massages too during a hair wash. It’s always a wonderful visit.
A few years ago, I came in for a haircut, then a scalp consultation, and then another haircut. Today, I came for color and cut. I am VERY happy about the result!! I noticed that the Salon BT team always does a great job of making their clients feel very welcomed and comfortable. Their energy makes the salon a beautiful place. Anna gave my head such a great refreshing massage after my bleach session. Thank you to Lisa who always makes me very beautiful afterwards!
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Lisa and Anna were both so kind and attentive during my appointment. Lisa did a wonderful job on my cut, thinning, and styling! Anna's washing skills are spa worthy! Thank you both so much and I will be back. You have a customer for life 🥰
