Customer service deserves a negative 100. BOTH of the owners SCREAMED at me, simply because I brought it a VERY expensive item & asked them IF something happened to my garment, what would they do to compensate me. They told me I'm too needy & am too much of a headache then told me to leave. (I never so much as raised my voice) AND they wanted to charge me $70 to drycleaner a cape. (The phantom of the Opera cape). NEVER GO THERE.

I took my clothes in there to get a spot removed and I got my clothes back looking way worse than before. When I asked for him to dry clean them again he refused. On a second occasion I brought in a suit that was brand new. I had the suit altered and he didn’t even cut the manufacturing tags off. Terrible alterations, terrible customer, service and outrageous prices. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The ONLY reason this is getting one star is because the female owner apologized to me for her husband's behavior. I brought in a custom made Phantom of the Opera cape who was VERY expensive. He wanted to charge me $70 to dryclean it. It had a few stains on the inside of the cape so I asked the husband if anything were to happen to it during his cleaning process (like the beads falling off, etc) he screamed at me, then snatched my dry cleaning ticket out of my hand and told me to get out. The wife followed me to my car, so I opened the window to speak to her. She then wouldn't let me leave! She had her arms IN my car.
