North Star did my roof, handled my insurance company on my behalf (which was not easy), and followed up with a minor issue a year later, making an adjustment and minor repair free of charge. I also disputed a charge from work their subcontractor performed and Josh took full ownership and refunded the charge, showing incredible integrity. All-told, North Star saved me $13,000 by doggedly pursuing my insurance claim. I recommend North Star to everyone I talk to.

North Star was referred to me by my State Farm representative. She gave them rave reviews. I called on a Friday and Matt Shordan came to my house on Tuesday. I was told by a different company that I needed a new roof. Matt was very personable. He said he would go and check my roof and be back in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later, Matt came to my door and reported that my roof was in perfect shape.
