I understand negotiating for what you think you’re worth but after a long weekend I recently had a massage here. I did tip well, above 20%, and I was asked for more. First ask is fine but nasty face and continuing to ask me for more? It rubbed me the wrong way and they’ve lost a regular. I’ll spend more somewhere else with better customer service.

I agree with the reviews on tip. This has never happened to me before, but today, I paid cash for my massage and had a $20 bill that I needed change to leave a tip. The lady at the front desk told me I needed to tip 25 or 30%. After reporting that I give 20% and have always done so, she said she didn’t have change. So, she asked around and got change, but only gave me $5 back not what I had asked for in return but it was pointless arguing. I will only return if I have exact change as this was unprofessional and the first time it had happened in the 3 years since coming to this place.

The overall experience was well. The massage therapist made sure I was okay throughout the session. However, I didn’t like the interaction at the front desk. I asked the lady to add 20% tip, to which she replied, “people usually give 25%, that will be $79 for you. Is that okay?” This was really unexpected. Tips are the client’s choice not a necessity. I think it was very unprofessional and greedy.
