Great and fast service. I was visiting family in the area when my laptop would not turn on. I dropped it off within the hour, and it was fixed by the morning. Did not charge to run diagnostics and was very helpful.

Asked for an estimate for repair to a laptop - within minutes I was contacted and discovered it would be better if I brought my laptop by - I did. Within a very short time my laptop was fixed and I received suggestions how I might make my aging laptop last longer and be efficient (to include texting me with a small item and location where II could purchase the item on the way home. You can bet I'll return if I need more technical advice/assistance! Highly recommend this company and it's staff!
