Lake Manassas Health and Rehabilitation Ctr has worked with our mother as a patient for almost 3 months. The location is a very pretty setting. The staff in almost every area has been kind, caring and attentive to our mother. The facility is spacious and clean, while the rehabilitation / work out gym is top tier. Our mothers next transition will be Home Health. Not having gone through this process with a loved one before can be overwhelming and emotional. Our Case Management Team (MacKenzie in particular) has been so helpful with this process. One overall improvement would be the hiring of more staff.
