My experience with Mr. Cloud was excellent, as usual. He is very knowledgeable, explains the issues, has a great demeanor, and listened to my concerns and responded in a thoughtful manner.
Even with the restrictions encountered with COVID precautions, I was able to talk directly to my advisor. Process for taxes this year has been handled quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Fay Welcome is very nice to work with and explains everything perfectly. I did have to wait a long time to be seen because the appointment in front of me involved a couple who I think were filing separately. You should plan on a longer appointment length of time for those kinds of appointments.
