Brewer Home Inspection Services LLC provides thorough and detailed home inspections, including septic inspections. Their inspectors, John and Nick, are knowledgeable and courteous, explaining their findings and offering advice on how to address any issues. While septic inspections may not always catch every problem, it's essential to request a detailed and thorough inspection, especially for older homes with a history of vacancy. The company's prompt and helpful service can help alleviate stress and provide a confident home buying experience.
John was exceptionally thorough in his inspection report. Although I met him near the end of his visit, he took the time to walk me through his findings in detail and answer every question I had. He gave me a clear understanding of the area, the type of house, and the key things to consider as I evaluated the purchase. His patience, generosity with his time, and thoughtful guidance made me feel genuinely valued. I would highly recommend John and his services to anyone seeking a thorough, knowledgeable, and professional home inspector.

Awesome prompt helpful service and we highly recommend John for a stress free confident home buying experience. We got John’s number from the realtor on short notice and we are very happy we did. John explained everything he found after inspecting our new property in detail and how we should deal with these minor issues and helped us by answering our many questions we had about our new property. Thanks again, Jennifer & Gary

My wife and I were interested in buying a home and were recommended Brewer Home Inspection by a friend who had a good experience with them. John and Nick were clearly experts in their field and it was an awesome experience having them inspect the home I later purchased. They treated me like a friend and not a client.
