“Where to begin… let me start with the fact that this was our first time buying/building a home so we had no idea what to expect and were most likely the most annoying clients ever. We met with Jason, Manager of Valley Contracting (VCG), while in the process of buying our land and immediately knew that we wanted to work with him. He came out to the site and took a lot of time going through every single detail with us (and believe me, there were a lot of details and questions). He worked with us on our budget and showed us homes that fit the price point we wanted to be at.

Throughout the process, he was INCREDIBLY patient with us as we changed plans and tiny details. He really knows his stuff. We customized every single inch of our plans and he rolled with every new idea or suggested other options that would better fit the budget.
