I enjoy the exchange at Fort Belvoir. They have a lot of really good clearance right now. And generally, there is always a sale of some sort.

Fort Myer Barber Shop is a great place for a cut, recommended for military in the area. It is very clean, with barbers who take their time. Clippers glide over your head, and it is staffed very well. There is usually no long wait, though sometimes a short wait can be expected. It provides a great military skin fade and is like a home away from home. Many are surprised and very happy with the service, calling it the best haircut on a military post. It is highly recommended.

Great place for a cut, there are very rarely long lines here, but you can usually expect to wait somewhere between 20 to 25 minutes for your cut. However, they are usually staffed very well and when you get your cut it does not take a long time
