The service is terrible. I got hair all over my uniform and the way the lady cut my hair was wrong. I highly doubt she has a license. After I told her it did not look right she said she was gonna have to charge me double. She did not part my hair nor she put water in it to make the haircut look neat. Do not recommend.Service: Haircut
I made an appointment and the stylist didn’t show up. There weren’t any other stylist there to help cover for the stylist not showing up. The stylist didn’t even call to say she was running late. This salon has gone down the drain and it’s sad
One of the hair dressers there puts the pressure on you to tip. Before I paid, she said "Are you putting the tip on the card or do you have cash?" I'd say that's quite pretentious, considering both times I got my hair fixed by her, I ended up looking like someone's widowed great auntie in church service. The woman who does the weaves, braids and extensions does a good job and she didn't pressure me to tip her. The customer service there is very poor, even though they were not rude to me personally, I heard the way they spoke to other people, especially the AIT soliders there. Why give attitude to the people who pay your bills? It's not everyone there obviously.
