Somehow a bottle of blue Tide laundry detergent spilled on our carpet, leaving a huge blue stain that splattered down our stairs. I spent two full days trying to clean it myself with a personal carpet machine and was convinced we were going to have to replace the carpet. Out of desperation, I called Stanley Steemer just to see if there was any hope. They were incredibly helpful, gave me advice over the phone on how to keep the stain from drying, and were able to come out the very next day.

I had originally scheduled for a carpet cleaning of steps, landing, and 2 rooms. Tyler got there saw I was cleaning my kitchen tile. He quoted me a price on cleaning my tile as well. Got both services done yesterday. Excellent job it all looks great. Tyler was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. If I ever need anything like that done again I will call them first! Thank you.
The whole experience was pleasant and professional. Fast scheduling, pre visit phone calls for scheduling, and from the technician on his way. Super nice guy! Did a great job all around. I had 2 rooms cleaned and deodorized. There were pet stains and odors, which was my main concern. The carpet looks great, and no odors. Definitely would recommend to anyone, and absolutely will use them again
