I cannot speak highly enough of this inspector and company. Incredibly professional, honest, and thorough. My inspector maintained a fantastic balance of not inciting panic about every small issue while also raising concerns where they were absolutely due. My inspector took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms to me and answer all my questions. I was able to avoid purchasing a home that looked very well maintained on the interior but had a crawl space and foundation that was quite literally rotting away.
