Ridgewood Animal Hospital is a very kind and patient place that treats pets like family. The staff and doctor are wonderful, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They take time with pets, who love them. They guide owners through every step, explaining everything and offering support. They work to get clients in the door and make time for them, which many in the area cannot do. Clients are truly grateful and really satisfied.
I can’t recommend this animal hospital enough ! Everyone here is absolutely SO beyond kind and patient. The second you walk your beloved pet in the door, they are family. I had to make that tough decision today, and the doctor, tech, and receptionists were guiding me through every single step, explaining everything, and supporting me however they could. Not that other animal hospitals don’t have a lot to offer, but most in the area are booked 3 weeks to months in advanced. Ridge wood did what they could to get me in the door, and make time for me. I’m truly grateful for my experience here. Rest Easy Sweet boy ? thank you for 17 years.
nicest group of people you will ever meet. Dr Lane is the finest. I'm there for a second time different dog. He will take time with your pet. Our dog loves them all. Really satisfied. when your dog is happy you're happy.
We took our kitten there and they took very good care of him. They didn't try over sale on treatment. Also for our long wait the vet comp the meds and took an extra $10 off the visit.
