From the front desk to the appointment, staff was cheerful, kind and very patient with my elderly mother who pretty much gave them her life story. The FNP Jesseka Bettenhausen was empathetic, thorough, reassuring and precise.
Jesseka Bettenhausen FNP-C found that I had several different types of rash. She got rid of them but when one came back, I called and was seen the next day. A big bonus, I saw her at my scheduled time. Very knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend this firm.
The were prompt and curious, even though I was late to my appointment they still worked me in to be seen. The Dr was very nice and professional ? she looked at my problem areas and she knew exactly what it was... she prescribed me a face cream to wash with daily and a shampoo to use. They both have done wonders for my face and scalp. Thank you very much for everything. Happy New Year's to you all.
