I let them know I’d purchased them off of Amazon so they weren’t able to purchase them locally. They said that they would reimburse me if that would work better for me. Within a couple of days I had an envelope with the money reimbursing me, as well as a Starbucks gift card as an additional apology. While I don’t have personal experience with his company, doing landscaping work for me, I was very impressed with the way that the office handled this situation. Mistakes happen, and this definitely could’ve taken a left turn if they weren’t willing to right their wrong, but again I was very impressed with how they handled it and I give their customer service a 10/10.
