Based on patient reviews, Blue Ridge Chronic Pain Center is a top notch facility. The staff is very professional and caring, and the front desk is always kind, polite, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. The facility is very clean and sterile. Dr. Rick Lee is an absolutely amazing doctor who listens and actually cares. He treats patients as he would his family. Dr. Lee is an excellent source for chronic pain management, using his many years of experience as a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. His approach is wholistic and not centered around opioids. Patients have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 25 years for back and neck pain, and he has helped them tremendously. After a back injection and a few weeks of letting it do its intended purpose, one patient was able to go back to doing Taekwondo training at eighty years old. Another patient experienced a miracle, going from so much pain walking to being almost pain free after an epidural, calling it a night and day difference. The medical staff that assists Dr. Lee before, during, and after procedures is exceptional. Patients would absolutely recommend this office and would never let anyone else inject their spine.
I think dr Lee and his entire staff are great. they have been nothing but great to me and my wife. I have no problems recommending his office to anyone. I think the majority of the 1 and 2 star reviews are coming from druggies that cant get over on him. that is his and his staffs livelihood. so if ur someone thats honest and aint trying to play the system I highly recommend him. but if ur trying to play the system then he aint the one for u
Dr. Lee was successful in relieving my chronic back pain without the need for surgery. He & the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous & show true concern for the patient.

My life is changing daily because of the treatment I received from Dr. Lee. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be treated by a doctor who believes in prayer and knows where the true healing comes from. Hallelujah. I have only had great experiences under the care of Blue Ridge. The receptionists are helpful and kind. The nurses and personable, friendly, and willing to help. The staff follows through on requests and provide information/documentation timely. Dr. Lee is a veteran and I believe he is sensitive to the needs of all. I just want to say, "thank you Blue Ridge" and more importantly, "thank you Jesus". It's been along time since I've felt I could do what I want without fearing the result being pain.
