Based on patient reviews, Blue Ridge Chronic Pain Center is a top notch facility. The staff is very professional and caring, and the front desk is always kind, polite, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. The facility is very clean and sterile. Dr. Rick Lee is an absolutely amazing doctor who listens and actually cares. He treats patients as he would his family. Dr. Lee is an excellent source for chronic pain management, using his many years of experience as a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. His approach is wholistic and not centered around opioids. Patients have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 25 years for back and neck pain, and he has helped them tremendously. After a back injection and a few weeks of letting it do its intended purpose, one patient was able to go back to doing Taekwondo training at eighty years old. Another patient experienced a miracle, going from so much pain walking to being almost pain free after an epidural, calling it a night and day difference. The medical staff that assists Dr. Lee before, during, and after procedures is exceptional. Patients would absolutely recommend this office and would never let anyone else inject their spine.
I went to Blue Ridge Chronic Pain Center, the first time was with my wife. She received an back injection for her back pain, which did alleviate her pain. I have spinal stenosis and a spine surgeon said I need back infusion, Dr Rich Lee looked at my MRI and suggested back injections as needed. I am very happy I went to Blue Ridge Chronic Pain Center, the staff are very professional and caring. After my back injection and a few weeks of letting the injection do it's intendent purpose. I was able to go back to doing Taekwondo training. I am eighty years old and I am blessed with Dr. Lee solving my back pain without surgical back infusions. This office is the absolute best!! Doctor Lee is absolutely amazing as are the nurses. I was so nervous to start with a new doctor after moving here from out of State. Dr. Lee is just incredible because not only he listens to you but he actually cares. I just can't say enough good things about him. I see him on a regular basis for my back pain but he has also done a procedure which I had before with a different practice and I was so nervous and full of anxiety. I have been seeing Dr. Rick Lee for over 25 years for my back pain and neck. He has helped me tremendously with my pain. This facility is very clean and sterile. I have never had to worry about infection because of the cleanliness. The front desk is always kind and polite, as well as the entire staff. Dr. Lee treats you as he would his family. I would never let anyone else other than Dr. Rick Lee inject my spine. He has my trust 100% and is an amazing Doctor.
