She was able to get me an appointment only a few days after I contacted her. She put extensions in my hair that color matched and blended so perfectly that you would never believe they weren't my real hair. She knows how to layer, feather, thin, etc. (probably not the right terms, but she knows all the techniques needed to make your hair look great).
