All I can say is wow...the bouquet was as beautiful as the photo representation on the website. I don't live in the area and ordered online and had a friend pick up the order to deliver for me. Everything was exactly as described and ready for pickup on-time. My sister was so surprised and said her office smelled so beautiful throughout the day. She was the envy of her co-workers. I will definitely use Fresh Flower Florist again in the future! Thank you!

The delivery person called me when the flowers were delivered. I realized that I had given the florist the wrong delivery address and he was willing to go retrieve the flowers and then deliver to the corrected address. Amazing service!!! I’m very impressed.
