They lost one of our jackets and refuse to honor a lost goods policy or provide any other contact information for the ownership. I have tried for months - showing the same photo to the same person, and giving the same number and everytime it's like speaking to a new person - communicating with them is near impossible.

This place is terrible. I would not recommend giving clothing alterations here ever. The woman is so rude and after agreeing on payment via card when I dropped off, the next day when I showed up to pick up, she charged me more money than the agreed upon amount. She’s totally cheating people and this is not the way to run a business. Don’t go here! Also overpriced, all I was fixing was a hole in piece of clothing. Terrible experience!

Do not trust their signs. They say "same day service." But since Covid-19, they no longer offer that service. They told me I could get next day service is I paid more than double (paying $5.00 a shirt instead of $1.99). I understand that the pandemic is hurting everyone. But is has been more than a year. The least they could do is put up a written sign on the door that says that same day service is no longer available. Beyond that, this is the third time I've tried going to this cleaner. It is the second time I walked away without leaving anything because of poor customer service and very high prices.
