Karina had excellent reviews and a well-designed website showcasing her services through before and after photos. The initial online booking process involved filling out an intake form to assess my skin's condition.Upon arriving for my appointment, Karina warmly greeted me at the front desk and escorted me to the work room. We discussed the information I provided on the form and any additional skin concerns I had. I found her to be honest, engaging, and fully dedicated to ensuring my comfort and understanding of the process. She never made promises she couldn't keep, but there was a noticeable improvement in my skin after the first treatment. We collaborated on a schedule and plan to address my other concerns, and I appreciated that she didn't push her services or products on me. Instead, she listened to what I wanted to correct and explained the effectiveness of the treatments she could offer.I genuinely enjoyed receiving treatments from Karina today because she devoted the entire session without interruption which I understand is her standard practice and she explained each treatment and what she was addressing. She clearly exceeded my expectations. The environment is pleasant and conducive to relaxation, allowing for naps or meditation. I highly recommend her services.“

“Superb experience! Kylee at reception was so friendly and helpful when I booked over the phone and wasn’t sure what type of facial to book. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Dee was so friendly and introduced herself as the owner on my way out. A 10/10 experience and I’m excited to build these visits into my routine!“
“Seriously Hayley’s a an OG at this. I have watery eyes and some of my eyelashes are straight or go down. And each time I’ve gotten them done elsewhere they usually start looking wonky right after . Not Hayley lol seriously … She makes them flawless every time. She has light hands and fast and her staff too is awesome. Ive been to a couple places and seriously no one compares to her. Listen to her and she will give you advice but also give you want you want.“

“Sonia is a real gem in the City of Fairfax! My 16 year old son asked me to make an appointment with a dermatologist for his acne. His acne isn't so bad that he needs medical treatment, so I reached out to Sonia. Not only was she very responsive, but she also made an appointment outside of her normal hours to accommodate my son's busy schedule. When we arrived for the consult, I immediately fell in love with her cozy studio. It is small, but very comfortable and relaxing. Sonia took a look at my son's skin and the products he was using on his face. She agreed that he did not need treatment from a dermatologist...he just needs to clean his face properly. She offered to do a teen facial with extractions right then. My son hopped on the bed and immediately commented on how comfortable it was. Sonia cleaned his face and explained everything she was doing and what products she was using. When we left, his face looked 1000% better. The price was more than reasonable, too! I can't wait to go in for my own facial! Go see Sonia! You won't regret it.“

The staff is exceptionally friendly, even when scheduling the appointment they provided detailed information on how to get there, along with parking instructions. The place is also really nice, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. My appointment was with Krystal, she was super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment.
