I have been looking for a nail salon in Norfolk and decided to give VIP Nails a try after passing their little boutique in the Monticello Arcade. they have private rooms and are by appointment but are super easy to book. Nanae suggested I try a Tokyo gel wrap manicure and I love it! they are super personable and I really enjoyed the experience. my nails look amazing and they are super gentle. will definitely be booking again.

I booked a pedicure online last night and arrived for my appointment this morning. The salon is inside the arcade building downtown, so I called the salon to gain access inside. Nanae took amazing care of me during my pedicure. I was the only client there and it was quiet and peaceful! The water was perfectly warm and the service (60 min pedi) included a relaxing massage and hot paraffin wax. It was the perfect experience on a much needed day off. I will definitely be back and recommending Nanae to my friends!

Wonderful pedi and foot/leg massage and a great value. Kitty did a wonderful job on my nails! Recommend! Very friendly staff and they were very nice to my 8 & 9 yr old granddaughters!
