I have a 140 year old house with 18 inches crawl space. Chris and Jay showed up on time and listened well about what was going on. They did not give up solving the problem and after an hour got to the root of it. There were multiple leaks after a recent ice storm. Jay persisted despite cramped conditions and deserves a medal ? Chris held off on dismounting the pump long enough to think and look some more to figure out the real issue. He deserves a medal as well. I won’t call anyone else but Herbert Senn and Company for my plumbing needs.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Service was excellent...appliance price was high compared to the similar or ones we found online, but none of the big stores would deliver or install here on the shore....or they were going to charge an extra $476 to deliver here. So Herbert Senn Co. resolved the problem. we went to their store, picked it out, they came and installed it within days and took the old one away. We also had a problem the third time we used it (we pushed a wrong setting...our fault!) but they came out first thing the next morning and showed us how to use it again....so we really appreciated that. Very friendly people and excellent service.
