Shout out to Rich Barnes. Our air handler stopped working last week and he came the next day and said the blower unit failed and was costly fix due to the age (14 year old). He recommended a new handler and heat pump. I got a 2nd quote and Rich’s was still better price, better unit, and better warranty. He put in the whole new unit and the same night our sump pump failed and realized our basement was beginning to flood due to all the rain. We text him at 7am and by 1030am he had a new sump pump and prevented further damage with all the extra rain that was coming that night
