Definitely an aesthetic nail salon + great customer service, extremely kind. Quality of service is amazing. I wanted to try out a new place and I definitely will be coming again! They truly care about their customers, and also have no problem adjusting things if you don't like it. It is a very inviting space and they even offer mocktails/drinks. My french tip toes came out so cute.

I don't normally post reviews but this was the first time I went to kosmo nail bar and I made an appointment. It was very welcoming and cleanly when I came in and I was seen my a tech who removed and shaped my nails beautifully. I was then seen by Betty and I was absolutely blown away by her service. She went above and beyond making sure my nails were like the inspo pic I showed and even stayed after hours making sure it was to my liking. The style I chose was chrome and chrome is very hit or miss depending on the color and the powder so she tested each one of the chromes to make sure that it reflected the picture I showed her (not a lot of nail salon techs do that... read full review

This was my first time patronizing this business and I left highly satisfied. The shop is clean and has a very modern spa-like vibe to it. I booked an appointment for Gel-X and Kim was my assigned tech. She was personable, gentle, and detail oriented. My desired nail design was somewhat complex, but Kim asked another nail tech to assist with the design so that I would leave with what I wanted. That level of customer service is sadly so rare in this area, but they have it in abundance at Kosmo. They made a wonderful first impression. 10/10 and thank you ladies!
