I cannot say enough nice things abour Eastern Towing. I give them my highest recommendation. Walter is the absolute best. He was quick, courteous, and professional. Our tire blew on the interstate. He got there when the company said he would. (25 minutes) He towed the car to Costco, and waited a half our with us to get our car checked in, THEN HE DROVE US ALL THE WAY HOME IN CHANCELLOR. i will always be grateful to Walter for his outstanding service.
They are fast, they arrive when they say they are going to and they are very knowledgeable and stayed with us until the problem was completely resolved. I got stuck on the side of . 95 with a trailer with a blown tire. Three different emergency crews tried to change the tire. This took 3 hours! Finally, Walter from Eastern showed up. He got us over to a Walmart where we bought some new wheels and tires and he change them for us in 5 minutes. Turns out that trailer wheel bolts turn the opposite way from a car (to the left.) None of those other crews knew this! But Walter knew what to do! Great people.
