Supportive Coaches, Great Workouts, Amazing Community
I’ve been going to CrossFit234 for three years, and it’s truly changed my life. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and deeply invested in your progress. They cheer you on when you hit milestones and give tips to help keep you moving forward. They offer seminars that cover a wide range of topics like postpartum fitness, nutrition, training for athletes over 35, and pelvic floor health. My son (13) and I also participate in their Endurance Club and my daughter (9) attends their CrossFit kids classes.

I have been a member for about 2 years and before joining I didn’t even know how to hold a barbell and had no idea what to expect. The coaches are extremely accommodating and no matter where you start or what you can do, you can always guarantee that you will get a great workout and most importantly results! All workouts are scalable and going in just 3 times top/week helped me tremendously with weight loss and postpartum recovery!

Ive been a member of Crossfit 234 for about 14 months and I feel wonderful. My PRs have been increasing each time we max out. The programming and coaching are great and most of all the environment is very welcoming. Im glad I joined after a year of hiatus from Crossfit.
