Customers describe a fantastic experience with the company. One customer loved the results after exterior portions of a house were painted, noting the team was very communicative, helpful, and kind, and that the process from start to finish was easy, simple, and hassle-free. Another customer had a great team and ended up going with a color recommendation after trying to figure it out alone. For those looking for a painting contractor that does high quality work at a fair price with staff who are extremely polite, courteous, and highly responsive, this is the company. A garage over 25 years old had its walls and ceiling painted; the crew re-taped the ceiling, applied drywall joint compound for a nice finish, painted with 2 coats, completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up everything, and did a beautiful job. Customers were very satisfied at each stage, from initial visit and proposal to the final walk-through, with a courteous and professional project manager and highly skilled and efficient painters. A major project was completed within the predetermined timing with happy results. CertaPro was the only company, of several contacted, that came out and looked at a deck staining project before providing an estimate, advising of the stain manufacturer recommended wood treatment, environmental, and weather considerations, then promptly responded once the weather broke and performed the necessary deck staining while honoring the quote from 6 months prior. For a project done professionally, CertaPro is highly recommended in the Woodbridge, VA area.
