I purchased the move-out package and was extremely pleased. I looked everywhere for a reason to give them one star and could not find one. My expectations based on previous reviews were extremely EXCEEDED! I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again-if I wasn't moving.

Here's the good side with Ash Maids: - They have excellent customer service when you call. I deal with a lady called Monica, and she is receptive and always makes me feel accommodated and well taken care of. When you request the service of particular people, they do their best to provide that. - They show up within the time frame assigned Here is what DRIVES ME ABSOLUTELY NUTS about Ash maids cleaners: When you do not need to change the sheets on the bed, they don't make the bed. The just pull the covers over and arrange the pillows. It drives me absolutely nuts. EVERY single pair of cleaners who has shown up at my house does the exact same thing. They pull the covers over instead of shaking out the sheets and remaking the bed and stretching the sheets and tucking them in on the sides. I point it out, have complained about it, and it STILL happens. Because of this, Just two months ago, I requested another pair of cleaners, and just a few minutes ago they showed up and did the exact same thing. I pulled back the covers in one room and remade the bed. Then I went to the master bedroom and the bed looked prettily made, but I pulled back the comforter and the cover sheet had not been touched. Looked well slept in. I don't understand WHY they cannot remake the bed. The bed is supposed to be remade whether or not you change the sheets, and I should not have to change my sheets on their schedule. And even when they put on new sheets, the bed is sloppily made. I am really frustrated because they are not cheap either. The bed matters to me. I am at the point where I want to switch service because I am tired of them not making the bed properly. I just don't get it. There are other recurrent issues - like forgetting to clean faucets and glossing over the cleaning, cleaning around stuff instead of moving them to clean under them, but this mostly happens the first time a new cleaner comes in and you don't point it out. Then after you've had the same cleaners for a while they start to slack off. But dealing with customer service has made me keep them because they listen. What I don't understand is, why can't they teach the maids to remake a bed!!!!!

I think it's a shame this company has so many poor reviews, so I thought I'd add mine to the pot. We decided to book them for our Spring cleaning and carpet cleaning because they were the only company I could find who services our area that offers the type of deep cleaning I wanted. I did see all the poor reviews before I booked, but decided to give them a chance since their website says they guarantee their work. I think they did a fantastic job. The maids arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very thorough--even got the dust from on top of the ceiling fans. And they were pleasant while they were here. The carpet cleaners were great, too. Our dogs had practically destroyed the carpet in the living room after this muddy winter, but they were able to make it look like new again. And they did it all for $200 less than the company we used last year. I can't vouch for regular maid service since this is a yearly treat for me, but I'm planning to use them again for next year's Spring cleaning.
