We recently had a new set of steps built for our screened-in porch. Whitmer Decks built us a set of Trex steps with cedar railings and built-in lighting. It looks amazing!
The estimate was clear and detailed, with photo examples, making it easy to understand what you would get. The tools made it easy to explore different options to understand trade-offs and choose the right combination of materials and design for our needs. AMAZING! If I could give Whitmer Decks six (or more) stars, I wouldn't hesitate.
Cliff Whitmer and his entire crew--Sam, Mike, Pavlo, Wade, and Keen--truly knocked it out of the park from start to finish. From our very first meeting with Cliff (the company owner!) to the final walk-through with Sam, the project manager, the experience was exceptional every step of the way.
The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Not once did we feel anything less than a top priority. Texts were answered within an hour, and emails were always returned within hours. That level of responsiveness gave us complete confidence and peace of mind.
