Techugo needs to significantly improve their execution and delivery processes to better serve their customers. They must fix their software development and product management.
They estimated a 3-month timeline. However, 9 months have passed, and the product is still incomplete and full of bugs due to the assignment of inexperienced developers disguised as Senior developers.
