Dropped off laundry oi May 31. Expscted return on June 7 Called to complain. Delivery was rescheduled for June 10 but arrived June 9.So what 's the problem? Theproblem is Bergmann's has deducted money twice from my account for this transaction.
I and my now deceased family have used Bergmann’s for many years. I had a long lull, but I’m back. At this same address. Several years ago Bergmann’s lost an entire seasons wardrobe but I’m forgiving. I haven’t looked at my small dry cleaning order yet, but I will. I am disappointed that you no longer do press only.
Very happy customer for over 30 years. Why? Clothing finished very well in laundry. If laundry lost it is almost always found. When money is found in a jacket, it is always returned in full. Delivery service friendly, any problem corrected. Well done everyone.
