We are very pleased with Brown Exterminating and Kimberly. We had been in Wytheville about 2 1/2 years when we started our service with Brown Exterminating. We saw immediate results with the number of ants and spiders we were having. As service has continued these pests have pretty much disappeared. Kimberly always has a smile when she arrives. She always asks about our dog we can get her belongings in a safe place while she sprays in the house and around the outside. Kimberlly is quick and thorough when she is here.
We have used Browns since moving to Grayson County, VA in 2018, specifically Troutdale. Kim, our rep, is extremely nice and professional. Our cats love her too. She is always going above and beyond and takes her time getting the job done right every time.
I have been very impressed with the services from Brown Exterminating. We live across the street from some fields and had a couple of curious mice find their way into our home. They were able to come out the next day I called and put all of my worries to rest! Chris was very thorough with his inspection and completely took care of the mice problem. He even took the time to walk around my property with me and show many any potential ways the mice could enter my home so I could take care of that. It has been 3 weeks and no signs of them!
