I have been very impressed with the services from Brown Exterminating. We live across the street from some fields and had a couple of curious mice find their way into our home. They were able to come out the next day I called and put all of my worries to rest! Chris was very thorough with his inspection and completely took care of the mice problem. He even took the time to walk around my property with me and show many any potential ways the mice could enter my home so I could take care of that. It has been 3 weeks and no signs of them! Hats off to Chris of Browns Extermination and Pest Control. We had another company come to look at some insects inside our home that we had put in a baggy. Diagnosis was “fleas” and he told us that the whole house and yard would need to be treated. I went to Browns with the same samples and Chris using a light and magnifying glass immediately ruled out fleas and said this was a type of beetle. He then came to our home and checked further. We know now it is a harmless bug that treatment is NOT RECOMMENDED. These insects will die on their own and the recommended treatment is time and a lot of vacuuming. Michael is great! Very knowledgeable about pests, and the products he uses. Knows what product does what and explains it so one can understand what it does and how it affects the bugs. Very thorough with inspections.
