Dr. Cupp and his staff truly care about animals. They are honest and fairly priced for the services they offer. They are extremely busy and try to work everyone in as quickly as possible. Emergencies can be difficult due to the busy schedule but they will refer you and even make a call to help get you in someplace else. They don't have weekend hours and they don't care for horses or other livestock any more. We are all sad about this but Dr. Cupp served this area for a long as he could. I'm looking forward to him bringing on another vet in the practice that can handle horses and livestock in the future. Dr. Drake was absolutely wonderful! She was caring and compassionate. She was able to figure out what was wrong with Dino our Great Dane, who is very nervious and full of energy and he even tried to bite her but she was so good with him! All the staff at Dr. Cup's were great and very helpful. They made me and Dino feel like royalty! Highly Recommend!
Dr. Cupp is the most caring, honest, and compassionate person-how lucky am I for him to be my pet's vet?! You can tell he wants the best for all animals. He doesn't charge a fortune for his service/knowledge...but he is worth his weight in gold! The price of services are much less than many other practices. I am thankful for affordable, high-quality care!! And Brittany is so understanding and kind. She seems like she truly loves her job! I call her fairly often with questions and concerns, she doesn't make me feel like a bother and is always happy to help.
