The company’s trustworthy and fair pricing makes them a preferred choice for early home ownership needs.

During Hurricane Helene, a crawlspace flooded with 2 ft of water, revealing issues caused by faulty previous work. CVE&CS was recommended by neighbors and took on the project, which included installing a sump pump, dehumidifier, repairing gutter drainage, and removing tons of rock to properly grade the space. They also raised wooden piers to prevent wood-to-ground contact and installed a new liner. The result was a highly improved crawlspace with attention to every detail. This experience reinforced trust in contractors, and the company earned a five-star rating for their hard work, punctuality, and respectful attitude.
