Trey is an excellent trainer.I was training at his gym for 3 years, and he always made a schedule I felt was doable for me, as well as pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Would recommend him to everyone who needs training.

I have learned so much from Trey! From daily workouts to training for obstacle course racing, Trey really knows his stuff. He’s really helped me learn how to focus on recovery after workouts too so I just feel better over all. This is a great place for people just getting started with exercising and experienced athletes too. Trey will tailor a plan to suit anyone’s needs.
