On Sunday, Jan 21st, one of the people I support locked himself out of his home. I tried his rental management company and the maintenance department with no reply. I then searched the internet and found Southern Smart Security. Matthew answered immediately and said he could come out but was at a family function, and it would be close to an hour. I explained to him that my client was intellectually disabled but high functioning. Mathew advised that he would be right out and that he would take care of it. Excellent Service! Matt will go above and beyond to help people. Quality work, good pricing, and very friendly. As a fellow service industry worker, I know service when I see it. Highly recommend.

Very nice and professional. He had great communication and helped us out so much. We lost the keys to my car and they came out to make us a new set. I will recomend this company 100% to anyone who needs keys made.
