We contacted Southern Smart Security today and the technician, Alan came out within the hour. He took care of a locking mechanism issue with a safe and also made me a set of keys for my car, while he was there. Alan was very polite and professional. He is definitely the man to call!

On Sunday, Jan 21st, one of the people I support locked himself out of his home. I tried his rental management company and the maintenance department with no reply. I then searched the internet and found Southern Smart Security. Matthew answered immediately and said he could come out but was at a family function, and it would be close to an hour. I explained to him that my client was intellectually disabled but high functioning. Mathew advised that he would be right out and that he would take care of it.
