I cannot say enough about this company. My 80 yr old mother’s air went out, I called them on Saturday mid morning and my Mom’s AC was fixed within a few hours! The gentleman that answered when I called was presenting awesome customer service, he explained how the after hours calls worked, and who would be coming, he also reassured me that this technician had x amount of years training. Lee the technician arrived and we were greeted with kind and knowledgeable service. He was so efficient, once he had it up and running he didn’t just leave, he stayed and verified everything was working as it should. Thank y’all so much. Sherry Pullin

I got home from work Friday afternoon and our unit wasn’t cooling our home. I called a little before 6 pm and was able to book a service call the following Saturday morning. Lee was our technician and he got our unit back up and running quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we’ve used Solutions and they are a joy to work with!
