About Rose' Nails
Rose' Nails is a local nail salon that provides a range of services, from pedicures to eyebrow grooming. The staff is generally kind and gentle when handling customers' hands, nails, and feet, though some customers have noted that the greeting and service could be more friendly at times. The salon has a skilled team that excels at nail designs, though some customers have expressed disappointment when specific requests, like soaking off nails, were not met. Overall, the experience at Rose' Nails is positive, with room for improvement in the areas of customer service and attention to detail. Despite a few minor issues, many customers have been loyal to the salon for years and appreciate the evolving quality of the services offered.
Staff wasn't overly friendly but spoke as soon as I came in. I sat for about 10 mins to get a pedicure, no issue with that as I just walked in with no appointment. Henry did my pedicure, he was very nice and I am happy with the pedicure. The only issue I really had was the little old woman that tries to push services on you that you don't ask for. She approached me as I'm soaking and asked if I wanted 1 or 2 people working on her. I said it really didn't matter to me. (I really didn't understand why she was asking, I wasn't in a hurry, she had finished with her client well before Henry started working on me, so she had ample opportunity if she wanted to do my pedicure to have already started it. It felt like she was trying to take me from Henry as a client.) She talks crap about customers as though they won't realize she is talking about them. Her next customer's name was Katherine, she squawks out "Katherine!" to get her attention and several people turn and look and she says to Katherine, "did you see that? they not Katherine, why they looking?" I stated to Henry how rude that was and that she could use a lesson in being more professional. (I'm pretty sure he didn't catch what I was saying for the language barrier.) But I said it loud enough for her and Katherine to hear it and they spent the rest of the time I was there whispering to each other. I made sure to tip Henry well for his service and made sure to loudly thank him for his professionalism. If it weren't for the little old troll of a woman in there my experience would have been a 4. Who wants to be a millionaire blaring the entire time right over my head is why the other star is gone.
I’ve been going here since a teenager and they have evolved very much as a nail shop . I don’t like the fact that I wasn’t greeted when I came in and they didn’t soak off my nails when asked , but I will say when it comes to designs they are very good nd some are getting better . I DONT let anybody touch my eyebrows but they do good compared to the shops I’ve been to . There’s very little things that they need to do better but overall experience was pretty good but it always can be improvement for better.
Really professional and fast. Although not very clean. One of the workers had just got done with a pedicure and sat down in the same chair a customer was just sitting in. He then continued to take his shoes off which was very trifling to me.
