I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with dentist offices in/around Danville to the point I stopped going altogether years ago. I would have bad adverse reactions to the numbing medicine (specifically epinephrine). I would tell the drs what was going on and they would completely disregard and dismiss my feelings, acting as if it’s completely normal for your heart to beat out of your chest, you to shake as if you’re mid-seizure, get sweaty and have ringing in your years. I drive over 3 hours to come here. The dentists are great. They take there time and let you know exactly what they are doing, how to take care of it, after care etc. even though it's a far drive, it's worth it to me because they do a great job. Ive had only good experiences. Thank you!!
Very kind and a notch above professional whatever that may be, they certainly are. Everyone there from the office staff to the dental hygienist, dental assistants and the Dentist all are top notch, and Dr. Gatewood goes out of her way to see that all the patient's are comfortable before and after (any!!!) procedure.
