Very knowledgeable, friendly and great service. Washer was not draining and making a humming sound. Thought I'd was the main motor and they found it was the drain pump motor. Repaired on site in a timely manner. After completion washer still would not drain. They should up later that evening and found that it may be a timer issue with that cycle but he suggested trying another cycle and it works. Would highly recommend
