Mr Emerson is a semi-retired gentlemen with 30+ something years of experience and yet he is still so fit and energetic, did a hell of a job, even though he works alone. If you have a large-scale contractor job that requires multiple people to work, he may not be the best fit for you and I can kinda get the other negative review because if you are looking for useless standart customer service “bla bla”s that we are used to, he is not the guy. He does not try to impress you. He is straight to the topic and definitely lacks self-promotion. This is because he is a DOer instead of talker.
