What can I say!!! Not only was Tim extremely professional, but he was also extremely knowledgeable and on time for the inspection we had scheduled. I am very pleased with how thorough he was with the initial walk through and treatment! I advise anyone to please contact Dodson for whatever “pest” problem you may have, or for just a preventive!!! I am so happy I chose them and Tim is most definitely the MVP!! Thank you!

Dodson Pest Control is a very professional and courteous company! Preston the supervisor was courteous flexible and accommodating. I will personally always request the same tech, Doug B, who is absolutely phenomenal at what he does! I expressed briefly my situation on "carpenter bees" ?Unlike other techs from other companies, Doug knew exactly what I was talking about and fixed the issue almost instantly!! I was so impressed by his knowledge and care and will always come here for my Pest Control needs!

James Thacker I think was the gentleman's name. He was very professional and told me exactly what would need to be done. Did a through look at the property and confirmed our thoughts on the issue. He was very clear on delivering the price and what that detailed and warranty information. Our business made a mistake as we thought we did our termite stuff with Dodson but we work with Orkin but I will keep his information and quote in case Orkin charges us more.
