Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done so we looked on google maps and saw this salon, but it did not have high stars. There we were iffy, we ended up choosing this place. I absolutely love this place. The lady Sam was very professional and good at her job! my nails look absolutely fabulous! The environment was quiet peaceful!

I've gotten my nails done her a total of 3 times. There is always 6 or more people there working, but only 2 that can actually do full sets and fill ins. There is always a line of at least 4 ladies waiting and the owner will tell you it will be 10 mins. When you walk in you are greeted by the owner by a weak "may I help you?" All the while she is wearing a mask and never looks up from the nails she is doing. You really don't know who just spoke to you, or if you thought you heard someone speak. So after an hour wait she does my nails and pretty good too. But when I go back for my fill in she has a young guy fill them in and within 2 days one of the nails start lifting. The day I was getting the fill in, 3 people came in for repairs (after me) for similar issues and all 3 were taken before me based on the fact that they would be "real quick." So when I go to get my repair, I'm at the very least expecting her to squeeze me in "real quick" but I'm told "sorry, I have to go in order" i didnt point out that i had already been slighted on my previous visit by her taking 3 people in front of me, nor did i mention the fact that she had forgotten all about me after she sat me at a nail station the first time i came in. I said okay then about how long. She simply shrugs and states she don't know, u can go walk around and come back. I will never be going back. Its a shame bc i really like how my nails turn out when the owner Sophia does them, I tip really well and ive been very patient each time i go. This salon needs help. Nail techs that can actually do nails and a receptionist to help keep walk-in business organized would be a huge step in the right direction.
