Ryan handled new electrical circuits and outlet/switch installs for a kitchen/dining built-in, and Lorenzo completed an HVAC tune-up—both were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. From the time we met Scott Muse until the replacement of our heat pump, we received nothing but the best in customer service. Scott was thorough and clear with his explanations and his bid and obviously someone who is extremely knowledgeable in this business. The men that came to do the install were of the same caliber. They arrived when they said they would and never slacked up the whole day. Professional hard working young men who would make any company proud.
We needed our entire sewer line placed from our home to the road. It was quite an extensive job, but the crew did amazing! Heather, who works in the office, answered all questions, was very patient and told us exactly what to expect. Tim and Daniel were extremely professional, kept us updated along the way, and made sure to clean up their mess when they were done. They worked at our home not only to snake our sewer initially, but then worked three full days to complete the job. The contractor that Mr. Wortman uses to do excavation part was also extremely professional, tedious and put out plants back in the ground that had to be dug up.
