Came in when I wasn’t feeling well and the Walk -in staff were quick to get me seen. Very friendly and really made my experience amazing. I saw Amanda and she was so sweet and kind. Took very good care of me and helped me to get connected and get my health back on track. I am Very glad I came to Well Springs, Med express always has a long wait and expects up to a $250 copay. Also, the staff at WS called to check up on me after. I’ve never had that from any dr office I went to.
I highly reccomend Well Springs. You will be taken care of.
I had the best experience at Well Spring this past Sunday. I needed to be seen asap for an eye emergency and the staff was so kind and considerate from the moment I called to the moment I left the appointment. Dr Bumgardner was one of the best doctors I’ve seen in a while. She was very calm and comforting considering my stress level was extremely high and I was in a lot of pain. She really made me feel heard and cared for. The next day, the staff called to follow up on my appointment and to see if I was doing ok. Not many places take that extra step of care and I truly appreciated that phone call to check in. I will definitely be returning to well spring for any future... read full review
Do not be discouraged by the negative reviews you see for this place. Wellsprings gets the job done; you get in fairly quick, get seen by staff and are out in a prompt manner. If you simply walk in you will have to wait a bit but its pretty smooth either way. I didn't get convinced to write this...there is nothing in it for me...I just happened to move to Culpeper a couple of months ago and have been to this place enough to witness that its not matching the bad press. That being said---to all the people who left a negative review--I am sorry that happened to you but my experience was different so far. Best of luck.
